Care Philosophy
Patient-centered care is the foundation of my practice – in the simplest of terms, our patients are my true north. My lifelong commitment to the craft of orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery is guided by the desire to offer patients the best care possible for their unique situation. I feel fortunate to have been trained by some of the world’s most respected orthopedic surgeons, allowing me to address complex surgical challenges using the latest techniques and technologies. Thankfully, most of my patients do not require surgical treatment and I have a deep tool kit of non-operative options to achieve the patient’s goals. Interests and Activities
My favorite weekends are those spent in the backyard barbequing for family and friends. I enjoy our Arizona landscape and stay active with outdoor activities such as hiking in the Phoenix Mountain preserve and mountain biking along its single-track trails. My academic interests include teaching, mentoring, and public health-related research that uses big data to improve our health outcomes on an individual and population level.
